Remote Infrastructure Monitoring & Management (RIMM)

Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) is a process of monitoring and managing IT infrastructure resources of an organization from a remote location. It also includes the ability to perform remedial actions in order to ensure continuous availability of those resources. In the event of a failure where on-site hardware repair may be needed, a qualified engineer is dispatched to that location.
